The accomplished Kinetika Bloco of dancers, drummers and musicians are available for booking for seasonal parties, festivals, carnivals and corporate events. We can supply a small performance group for an intimate event up to a full scale carnival spectacular with over 100 performers!

In the last year, the Kinetika Bloco represented London as part of the 'Beijing 2008' Olympic Cultural Festival, as well as performing at the Unveiling of the Nelson Mandela Statue at Parliament Square, the London Jazz Festival, Thames Festival, Celebrating Coventry, I Love Peckham, and at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, South Bank.

Over the last seven years Kinetika has been building the model of The Kinetika Bloco with over a 100 young musicians and dancers from London. Kinetika are keen to focus on positive examples of just how much can be achieved with young people, from whatever background. The Kinetika Bloco is led by a professional team of artists including Artistic Director & Designer Ali Pretty, Musical Director Mat Fox, Bateria Director Sam Agard, and Choreographers Jeanefer Jean-Charles & Leon Hazlewood. The Kinetika Bloco employs a long-term engagement programme with young people, parents and communities. It trains up members to become advocates and teachers for the Bloco, hence creating pathways to careers for Bloco members.

After the Kinetika Bloco performed at the Unveiling of Nelson Mandela's statue, in August 2007, Prime Minister Gordon Brown said:
“You were amazing – Nelson Mandela wishes me to pass onto you that he thought you were enchanting!”
